Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello Valleyman,
Could you please let us know if it is a stable crash?
Sometimes it is recommended to delete all the click-once manifests from the folder %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\%hashcode%\%hashcode%\manifests and to delete the folder as well. But after you have to install all the click-once applications again.
Here you could find more information:

Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello Valleyman, AppData is a hidden folder. Could you please unhide it first and try to find it again:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\%hashcode%\%hashcode%\manifestsWhere:
%userprofile% is your account name
%hashcode% is a random hash
For example: \Users\Paul\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\BZWCMEVE.1NQ\LG9M2E93.VRO -
