    VirusTotal says NETSPOT for Windows has Ikarus Trojan-Downloader.MSIL.Agent

    Is this a false positive?

    NetSpot.exe i downloaded from 1,285,360 bytes

    Certificate looks OK
    status

    This certificate is OK.

    VirusTotal is wrong. False positive. It actually reports most of the existing software in the world as somewhat malicious. It’s hard to find a completely clean app these days.
